The concept is adopting the genius loci of the town, creating a natural and refreshing environment for the entire factory workers and guests, site grade the site and adopting the factory facilities, vehicular and pedestrian circulations to the existing site topography.

The Xeriscape plantation scheme is developed based on the site location, climate and considering low maintenance and running costs for the factory.
